Tucked between on the bike path which edges the sea, and the sea itself, Villa Rita is a quiet and welcome foil for the bustle of downtown San Remo. Every detail of a guest’s possible needs was anticipated. Our room, though not large, was immaculately clean, and the large glass doors gave directly onto a small patio perched on the rocks right on the sea. Our breakfasts were similarly thoughtful, and abundant. Our host, Marina, was warm and gracious, and very efficient in her management of the Villa and its garden. Some reviewers indicated they had trouble finding Villa Rita—we followed faithfully the detailed directions provided and we landed there perfectly with no problems whatsoever. I can highly recommend Villa Rita.
