Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the property has a special arrangement with the nearby Spa and wellness centre. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00.
