60 reviewsWe were in the Veneto region for 3 days and we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tolin. Our oldest daughter had been sick in the car prior to our arrival and the owner helped us when we got to the hotel. She took care of us and washed her clothes and provided me the necessary things to clean the car. In one word, it is a family run hotel and we sensed that family contact. The room was spacious and quiet. It was located inside a courtyard and we didn't heard the noise from the road. We enjoyed the italian breakfast (don't look for bacon and egg because this is Italy and not America and it is perfect like this). They have good sweet pastries and an excellent ham. And for sure the coffee was also excellent. We ate there once for dinner and we were very satisfied. The meal was excellent at a very reasonable price. They have a buffet for the antipasto where you can eat eggplant, tomatoes and other italian specialities. Try some of the local wine like the Soave and the Valpolicela. Finish the meal with a grappa from the region. The hotel is not in Verona, but this is only a 30 minutes ride by car. It is also close to the highway and Venezia where you can park at the tronchetto parking. If we go back in northern Italy, for sure we will go back to Hotel Tolin. Grazie mille a tutta la famiglia
