The Tribune delivered an exceptional Rome experience, but I must specifically highlight two breakfast team members who went above and beyond: Lucio and Roberta. What Made It Special: • Lucio and Roberta provided genuinely warm, personalized service that felt authentically Italian • They anticipated needs before we even realized them • Professional excellence combined with genuine hospitality • Perfect balance of attentive care without being intrusive • Clear pride in their work and dedication to guest satisfaction The Breakfast Experience: The breakfast spread itself was fresh, high-quality ingredients with excellent variety. Lucio told me he had plans to improve it even more. What elevated it from good to exceptional was the service provided by these two outstanding professionals. Every morning we woke up to welcoming smiles and the question: "Can I get you anything else" that made it feel like a 5 star luxury experience. We were in a rush, so my wife was trying to get water to go before our tour started and Lucio brought over 2 bottles of water without us asking. Overall Hotel: Perfect location on Via Veneto, easy walk to major attractions, excellent rooftop bar with city views. The Tribune offers boutique luxury with the reliability of Hyatt standards. Bottom Line: Lucio and Roberta represent the gold standard of hospitality. They're genuine assets to The Tribune and exemplify why this hotel stands out in Rome's competitive market. Hotel management should be extremely proud of these team members. Will absolutely return and specifically request breakfast service when these two are working!
