BB King Square

A friend and I stayed for 3 nights at B&B King Square. We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom (located just down the corridor). The room was very small, had no space to move at all especially with two suitcases. There were two shared bathrooms located in the corridor, one had a shower cabin and toilet - we only used this shower once during our stay as it was rather bad. Water strength was very weak and it was cold water. Other bathroom next to it was bigger and had a shower in the bath and toilet - this shower was much better (even though the bath you stand in to shower could do with a good cleaning). The guy who greeted us on arrival was nice and friendly, also provided us with free maps of Rome which were very helpful. The B&B is on the 3rd floor of a building so if you have heavy suitcases I recommend you going up to the place first and asking for the key to the lift! B&B King Square is in a good location as the metro is only 2 minutes walk away (closest station is Re Di Roma) which gets you to Termini Railway Station and Bus Terminal in 4 stops and many of the attractions are all within walking distance of many stops on the same line from Re Di Roma. Breakfast was pretty poor to be honest, get a little basket in your room with a croissant (in a packet one) and packet of crunchy toast plus little jam and Nutella. On our second morning we didn't even get the toast or jam/Nutella. There is access to kettles and microwave in a little kitchen area. Overall, even though most my review has been negative (nothing majorly bad) I would recommend B&B King Square just because it's cheap and is in a good location and is perfectly fine if you just need somewhere to stay and won't be in the bedroom too much.
