We’ve stayed at all the Dorchester Collection properties, and this one is, without question, our favorite. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like royalty. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and elegant, and the bathrooms feel like a private spa — glamorous and spotless. We experienced a personal emergency during our stay, and what truly sets this hotel apart is its world-class service. Every single staff member stepped up — they treated us like family, showing incredible warmth and professionalism. We’ve never felt so cared for in any hotel, anywhere in the world. And let’s talk about the food: it was so good, we chose to have dinner at the hotel three nights in a row — and my husband is a serious food snob. Every dish was exceptional. Michelin-level cuisine, without leaving the hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Rome but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.
