We recently stayed at Hotel Masl and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, warm, and beautifully executed. This is a stylish hotel rich in history, yet modern and incredibly well maintained. We were traveling as a family with our young child and were generously upgraded to the new building, with a private sauna in the room and a jacuzzi bath on the balcony - the views were breathtaking and the room itself was flawless. Every detail - from architecture and interiors to the human touch in everyday moments - speaks to the care and passion behind the hotel. The food was easily Michelin-star level, and the service was exceptional: professional, warm, and genuinely kind. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Our child absolutely loved the on-site farm and had the time of their life in the pool area and playground area - it felt like Tyrolyan Disneyland! Meanwhile, we had our share of relaxation in the beautiful spa and sauna zones. One of the most special parts of our stay was how the Hotel Masl team helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary - it was truly unforgettable, handled with so much thought and care. We also enjoyed biking and hiking in the stunning surrounding nature, and the hotel made it all so easy and enjoyable. There are many beautiful spots and services in that area, everything is very accesable, and Hotel's team always ready to support with recommendation and information. In short, Hotel Masl is a rare combination of style, soul, and service - we left feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. We’ll definitely be back!
