Hotel Dusseldorf

I been to this place last almost a year go in June. I gotta say it was one of my best trips i took to italy beeing at the hotel from the time i steped in to the time it felt very comfortable and inviting. the staff was great especially when i arrived and was greeted by the receptionist i believe her name was Claudia. She made sure that everything was in place, she gave great advice on my tour. I went there with 2 other people. Food was out of this world. We also used their facilities such as the gym and the spa.....also the staff was very nice and treated us like royal people we got pampared so much that we did it twice....The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff made sure we had fresh towels and the beds were made every day...It fascinated me to see how the staff was very quick in doing their job by the time we left the room and went to breakfast and went back up the rooms were cleaned and beds were already made....There is a lot to see around lots of stores near by.. All in all I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone one else....and I cant wait for my next visit I'll definitely be going back to this hotel.
