The host welcomed us by showing us the apartment and rest of the property. Her English was good, we had no trouble understanding her. Apartment itself was very nice; ample sitting/dining area and bathroom. Bedroom a little smaller bed with very comfortable bed. AC downstairs (sitting/dining area + bathroom) and upstairs (bedroom). Entrance of apartment is located around a small garden within the walls of the property, making it very private for its location in the middle of this busy city. Also recommended for longer stays as there is a kitchen and washing machine available. Parking in the neighborhood will normally be available but is payed in the high season (when we went in September it was all free). Some nice restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk, but not too touristic. Poetto beach at a close drive away (or even by foot). All in all very recommended if you are ever in the area.
