Firstly, we found the owner Paco to be an exceptionally good man who responded to all of our needs with great generosity. We loved the view of the new port from our studio apartment and how the sun flooded our place during the afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was always reliable. As described, La Salina is perfectly positioned between the old port and the very nice public beach. By exiting out of the back of the property you are immediately on the Via Roma, the main street of this charming town on an island rich in spirit and heart. Paco arranged a superb day on a boat for us, as we arrived very early in the season and his fine boat was not quite ready. Should we be lucky enough to return one day we would love to experience Paco's boat trip as we know how great it would be, as well as dine at his restaurant that we heard was very good. We are so happy to have chosen La Salina and to have had the pleasure of being with Paco and his family.
