We had a wonderful time at the Agriturismo, Virginio, the owner, is a nice and helpful man. It is a pity he doesn't speak English, but Virginio is a skilled user of Google Translate. And in the morning there was Francesca who gave us relevant information. Not only the scenery, the flora and fauna (birds and beavers!), are beautiful - there are also a few nices beaches within cycling distance (Boccasette and Porto Levante). And some really nice restaurants: Oasi Val Pisani (excellent fish restaurant) quite nearby, and Il Ghebo in Porto Levante. Ca' Cornera on the way to Porto Viro (try the pizza!). To get here without a car, is quite an enterprise. A taxi from Loreo (train line Rovigo-Rosolina) is the only possibility to get to and from the agriturismo (costs about 30 euro); the alternative is to rent a car. Having a car is handy to be able to explore the beautiful region (Po Delta). We did this on the free bicycles the agriturismo offers. Unfortunately, they are a bit small - unsuitable for long distances. But we got ahead with it. Overall: highly recommended!
