A traditional restaurant in the center of Nus serving traditional Aostan dishes. There is a daily menu at 12€ (local workers eat there at noon) and a choice of dishes that changes continually. The waiter (4th generation Florian) will guide you through the dishes on offer in Italian or French (ask him to speak more slowly if Italian is not your mother tongue!). Expect good and honest food.
