Hi ho hello , Main criteria will be based around location,food,environment and of course the service. Starting of with location. The b&b is not in Notto ,however its took me 5minutes to reach the city and I really enjoyed the silence at night. Regarding to food ,I love to have a strong and nutritious breakfast...sadly Italians think differently ,and there more brunch people sort of speak.however,during the stay ,breakfast was fulfilling, mainly based on strong Italian coffe and various cakes with home made marmalade. *My opinion is based on the other 5places I visited in Sicily ,where the breakfast was 1 croissant with coffe if not less. Regarding to environment,as mentioned before,it was very peaceful(although road is near) Furthermore,it has a huge gate when you enter the property ,so no need to worry about damaged car etc. A NO GO if you have dog allergies,there was a german shepherd in a property ,super chill dog ,walks only in the "car park" and never interacts, so literally you can barely feel his existence. PS the owner asks if theres a problem with the dog straight away ,and offers to lock it down until the night if needed. The room was clean ,the sheets was not like a huge lemon tree ,and most of the things where in place,outside the room we had a place to sit down ,also a dryer and a view to a little garden. The place is nothing super special in terms of the view ,however I found it suiting. SERVICE was AMAZING!!!!! Firstly ,I just love when people comes to see you right away and welcomes you with a pleasant handshake and names. Secondly, the guide was very clear ,breakfast time,keys and how to reach the owner +a food recommendation and local activities. But the cherry on top was the caring part. In my experience most of the hotels especially B&B not really into your stuff when you leave the hotel(or pay for the stay) However ,these people proved me wrong . We had an accident, the day we left.Our car broke down(the battery died )people in the near gas station told us that we need a new one and there is no place near to buy it+the fact that nobody bothers to speak english. The car rent agency (Target rent) based it Trapani told us that there is nothing they can do ,they told us to buy a new one and that they will just cover the expenses,not much when you are in the middle of semi-busy street,with no idea where to go. Well,thats where the owner of Teodora house came in . I ranged to her and ask for help ,the minute I told that the car broke down ,the only question from her was "where are you?" Not only she came down with her husband,they charged our car,found a place where to fix it ,led to the place and made sure that the job is done properly and the fiscal check is correct. Nobody speaks any english ! But she did,gazillion times better than the guy in car rent agency ! All in all ,a pleasant stay and a holiday saver ! Strongly recommended.
