We wanted 3 days by the beach to start our tour of Puglia. This was idea - not posh or luxury, but v nice local hotel ,well kept, extremely helpful staff, simply. Breakfast was basic but fine.Right opposite the beach, quiet road. As about restaurants near the tower, up a hill is a great one, at the bottom of the hill more local, also great. Next door is a bike hire (scooters too) - was good for riding along the coast. Staff really helpful - the older guy on the door in the evenings made me a fresh lemon juice as a cure for an stomach upset - worked within seconds, the natural remedy! As a gay couple in a v local situation, no issue, all very welcoming.
