From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Luisa who was very helpful. We arrived quite a few hours early prior to check in, and our room was not ready. However, Luisa kindly got room service to prepare our room so we can rest after an exhausting flight from Melbourne. The hotel itself is very clean and quite central to the shopping capital as well as The Duomo, sforzesco castle, and other attractions aswell as restaurants. On our last day, the taxi situation was horrendous. Even though we pre booked our cab to the station the night before, there were no taxi’s available on the morning we were leaving. Beptmi, the beautiful lady at front desk came to the rescue and arranged for Domenico from Milano Transfer to come and pick us up and drive us to the Milano Centrale. Domenico was an angel from God, and in his own words he calls himself a God Warrior. He was truly fantastic, friendly and a genuine nice guy. Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent and would definitely stay again.
