23 reviewsStaying across the street, I saw them open @ 7 on a Sun--they close for family tine (4-7). Sold. I didn't read the menu . I could just partake of the 'special of the day' , EVERY day, and die a happy woman. Spoke w/the 2 sisters (Louisa & ?) & they explained the family dynamics of the restaurant business. Most of the tables were taken quickly. A Netherlands child of @ 8 so enjoyed the mussels her father was popping them in her mouth like candy, quite shocked. There is a $2 cover charge for bread & the extra virgin olive oil (no butter); the wine list is inexpensive, & they have sweet purple table cloths. All this & inexpensive. I posted a photo of the pasta, large enough to split (13€). Wine is available for $ 4-? . A bit hidden around the bend. Then stay @ Hotel Spicy across the way, gazing @ the sunset.
