This hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and even a grocery store. The nearby waterfront offered a serene and quiet view at night of Naples across the shore. The bed was so comfortable and the benefit of air conditioning allowed us to sleep well. Entire property was very clean. Must be able to climb steps as there is no elevator but we considered it a benefit to keeping fit! From the moment we arrived, Frederica was very helpful, assisting us with restaurant suggestions, and the best time of day to take a boat ride over to Capri (early!). The entire staff, including the housekeeper, Sergio and his wife were friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying at II Palazzetto!!!
