93 reviewsAn amazing, tranquil stay. Apartments are a good size with high ceilings and comfy beds. The view from the mountain water pool is surely one of the best in Italy. Adventurous walks straight from the site into the mountains - we saw a family of wild boar crossing our path. We travelled by train and Gabriele kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, Monzuno. You don't really need a car - there is enough to do with walking, swimming and relaxing at the site - just be sure to bring enough food supplies to last you. There is a good fridge and a hotplate to cook on. Gabriele was a wonderful host, so friendly and kind, and shared great tips on walking. It really has a family feel to the place. Himself and his wife do breakfast - on offer there was fruit, toast, cakes, eggs, omelette, yoghurt- changing a bit every day. All was delicious and we wanted to try everything! There are also some lovely friendly animals. Mia the dog became our friend and even followed / led us on walks! There is also another dog and two cats. Thank you Gabriele and family for a beautiful stay.
