212 reviewsMy husband and I were looking for a cosy place to discover Lucca and Pisa from, before taking the ferry in Livorno to go to Sardinia. Villa La Perla is very well located to discover the essentials of both towns including a nap at the beach in Viareggio in just one day! Probably the large room with separate bathroom and the cosy bed prepared us well for the day. Walter, the manager, served a beautiful and large breakfast and still smiled when we asked for the third cup of his wonderful cappuccino. We highly recommend this place for a shorter stay to discover the surrounding areas. Thank you, Walter, for making our two day stay a beautiful experience. We're happy we made the acquaintance of such a warm, approachable and humorous person. We met Silvia, the other manager, briefly and were stunned by this wonderful bundle of Italian energy! All in all a very good start for our vacation in Sardinia.
