409 reviewsRight on the sea, this hotel is ideal for a couple of days rest & relaxation after sightseeing in Tuscany. Everything is provided, beds, umbrellas, waterboards & pedaloes if you fancy having a go! There's no pool, but the sea is delightful, clear & sheltered, really lovely to swim in. The rooms were very pleasant, the bathrooms were luxurious, the breakfast was good & the staff were really helpful & friendly, e.g. Lorenzo down by the sea, but also the staff at check-in. Many of the umbrellas/beds are hired by locals for the season, but the place wasn't over crowded even on a weekend in August. The hotel has 2 restaurants, both appealing though we ate in the cafe down by the water; the food was both good & reasonably priced. There is also a popular restaurant next door but we went into Livorno on the second night where there are many restaurants in the old city. The air-con was fine for me but some of the family didn't think it was cold enough.
