A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The agency is open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. All requests for arrival outside reception hours are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The first set of towels costs EUR 5 per person, the first set of bed linen costs EUR 10 per person. Heating costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption.
