We had our entire family stay here, 20 of us. Massimo the owner was incredible!! I was celebrating my 65th birthday so He set up tables outside for us and made us feel welcome. The apartments and grounds were beautiful and clean and you could tell he took pride in keeping them that way. We would deffienetly stay there again, highly recommend!

Excellent apartments, with everything you need, comfortable beds, air conditioning, spotlessly clean.

Massimo is a friendly host, always available if needed, but not intrusive.

Poggio Alla Cavalla is a great place, providing peace and quiet to swim and relax in comfortable surroundings.

Perfectly situated for Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Montecatini, Siena and much, much more, plus lots of restaurants within easy driving distance, great food.

This is our fourth visit and it didn’t disappoint, we have returned from our holiday relaxed with great memories.

Location very Clean and spacious room and very quiet . Comfortable bed and close to cities such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca. Very helpful owners. A  good double room plus living room with a double sofa bed.

Highly Recommended, Excellent Apartments

Advertised as 3 bedroom main house with access to pool, WiFi, and air conditioning we discovered that that the property had only 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the lounge as the third option. Although WiFi was good we were surprised to be charged an additional 70 Euro extra to use the Air Con (A/C) that was installed.
Facilities were clean but the lack of water pressure for showering etc is abysmal.
The owner did not make us feel welcome at all with his arrogant overbearing attitude.

Not all it is advertised to be, but centrally located.

This is not an agriturismo. The owner is arrogant and not friendly at all. We are a family of 5 with 3 small kids. We paid for a whole week, but due to the unfriendly owner we packed the same day of our arrival and left without spending one night. It is absolutly not as depicted in the pictures. The owner just wants to trap you in payment and does not care for his guests. He shouts at the cleaning ladies with no respect whatsoever. He does not like children and tells everyone to calm down while he is the one that is clearly agitated. He only cares for the money. There is no joy or fun to be found  at this place. Absolutly horrible experience!

Lack of transparency in pricing: host tried to charge an additional fee because of the number of guests, while the reservation was already made and paid for the correct number of guests.
Rude and impolite with guests in introducing the rules of the place and answering related questions.
