Mister Bed

Mr Bed is one of the best Bed & Breakfasts I've ever stayed in. I was there for the first time in Sept 2024 and then went back again in Oct 2024. I had friends stay there in May 2023 and they raved about it. The kitchen is so well-stocked you will not need breakfast anywhere else. The rooms are immaculately clean and cleaned regularly while you are staying there. A wonderful father and daughter team, Feabo and Francesca run the B&B and have wonderful help with the cleaning and keeping the refridgerator and breakfast foods stocked. The rooms on the first and second floors have beautiful views of Mount Maiella, worth the whole price. The top floor is like a lovely artist's or writer's attic and slightly larger than the other rooms. Although there is only a small window in the third floor room looking out on the mountain, the top room has access to a spacious patio on the roof with stunning views of Moutn Maiella and the rooftops of the town, and on clear days you can see all the way to Mount Sasso and the Adriatic Sea. Truly a lovely spot above the city to simply relax and recharge. There is also a nice area with a desk outside the third floor room near the stairwell which I found very useful and convenient when needing to do computer work. There is also a lovely dining area with about four tables set up with cups and saucers and plates where you can bring in your own carry out food and eat. There is also a small kitchen equipped with pots and pans to make light meals, which I found very useful and convenient. All in all, a truly fine B&B, a real home away from home. I hope to go back soon.
