A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

The front desk is open until 20:00.

Check-in time at the hotel is at 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM. Guests should inform the hotel in advance if they are going to arrive late, otherwise the late check-in after 8:00 PM is EUR 50.00 cost if there was no prior arrangement.

Mandatory charges to pay on the spot:

Utility fee: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: EUR 10.00 per adult; EUR 5.00 per child 3 - 12 y.o.; infants: 0/3 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).

Final cleaning: B4-B4VM EUR 85.00; T6-T6VM EUR 95.00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of EUR 50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further EUR 50.00 for not disposing the waste.

City tax: mandatory in Golfo Aranci in cash, the amount may change depending on the time of the year.
