Agriturismo Girasole

This is our favorite place to stay in the countryside near Florence--a little bit out of the way but worth the drive. Tamara and David are wonderful hosts--so friendly and helpful! The apartments are charming and comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We have stayed here several times, even brought our grown children and the grandkids a couple of years ago and everyone loved it! This year, we came with another couple, and even though it was too chilly to swim, we took advantage of the lovely pool area for our happy hour and later to share a late-night bottle of wine and look at the moon when we returned from dinner. Absolutely lovely!
