We have 'discovered' the best kept secret of Friuli a couple of months ago via the recommendation of a dear friend of ours and have subsequently returned on a few occasions.This family owned little gem punches well above its size. It is conveniently located in the heart of the historic town of Cordovado , where it's beautiful sights can be explored at leisure. For those, who prefer driving to Venice, Portogruaro, Trieste or Udine, it is within easy reach to the No.28 Motorway. The quality of service in the hotel and restaurant is excellent and the food is exceptional. It is due to the fact, that only top quality organic ingredients are used starting with the fruit and vegetables and ending with the meat and rare wines and liquors. Some are grown by the restaurant owners, others are delivered daily by a trusted network of local producers and viniards. The dishes served are delicious and perfectly balanced. The hotel owners make sure, that the needs of all guests- corporate and private, are well catered for. We are very enthusiastic about having found Ca'Malvani and the fiends and family members, that accompany us on various occasions, have all returned there bringing their friends, too.
