We loved Francesca (Great English speaker, great heart) , Donato ( Attentive and professional) and Jeffrey the coffee barista ( he likes Texas bbq) . Lovely multilingual staff. We stayed at Hotel Cimabue for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the warm days. The hotel is in an older building, but it’s well maintained and offers good value for the price. It’s also conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. A great base for exploring Florence! We will return for sure.
