55 reviewsWe made a reservation here because we were interested in trying the food. When we arrived the restaurant was closed because the cooks were on vacation. Nobody mentioned this to us. Nobody anticipated our arrival either, so we were put in a room and we had to switch rooms the next day because we got the 'wrong' room. The first night, because the restaurant was closed, we got to eat with the owner and the people who work the land. And this was one of the best experiences of our whole trip. A long table with an international crowd. It was great fun and delicious food, You should try their olive oil. I wish I could have brought some home. One of the things you should know is that the shower usually was cold. This is fine in the middle of summer. Although I suspect they have hot water in summer because they use a solar boiler. This place has it's quirks, but i'd love to go back here. If only for food.
