From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning countryside views and the peaceful, authentic charm of the location. The winery’s commitment to organic practices shines through in every sip — each wine was full of character, depth, and a genuine sense of place. Our wine tasting was led by Sabrina, who was absolutely wonderful — knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly sweet. She made the entire experience engaging and memorable, sharing stories about the land, the winemaking process, and the passion behind every bottle. Although we didn’t stay overnight, the property also functions as a boutique hotel — and it’s absolutely breathtaking. The facilities are top-notch, with an infinity pool that seems to melt into the surrounding vineyards, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the countryside, and 800-year-old olive trees that add an air of timeless beauty. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and soak in the magic of Puglia. We left with full hearts, a few bottles, and every intention of returning for a longer stay. Absolute perfection.
