279 reviewsWe booked our stay through Canvas holidays, but the caravans were run by a French company Toohapi. The caravans were immaculate and well equipped including air conditioning (which was a life saver!) The pool was perfect for young families, water no deeper than knee depth so we felt comfortable letting our little one run around without too much supervision. The campsite run a road train to the local beach as well as the Cesenatico camping village. The pool at the other campsite was pretty poor, but they had a good Spar shop and restaurant if you didn't feel like going too far. The campsite was in a great location, we visited Ravenna, Rimini and San Marino all in under an hour (would definitely recommend San Marino!) and there was a really well stocked shopping centre nearby for food. The local town of Cesenatico was cute and good selection of restaurants and we enjoyed a few meals there with pretty surroundings. The best bit of the holiday, we hardly heard another English voice. The area is geared for families and Italians mostly, so if you want to experience real Italian culture and the best food in Italy then this area is the place to visit!
