I lived here for 1 month and half from in Feb and March. It was off-season and I found Cesenatico is amazing place to stay, it was completely empty, most of hotels are closed, there are lots of cozy family restaurants with amazing seafood dishes, supermarket not far. So the town is enjoyable. The location is very good, nearby main street, few steps from the beach. One of two receptionists (Elisabeth) was so nice, warm and very helpful each time. The room was big enough and equipped with simple furniture (Ikea style), but clean and it contained all necessary staff (hairdrier and fully equipped kitchen). Weekly cleaning was included in the rate. You can park a car on streets nearby for free, but it's 150 eur/month to park it in the garage. Practical tips: the reception is not open 24 hours, so if you are arriving out of working ours, you should take care about it in advance.
