What a great find! Le Samovar has a great location in the middle of Cervinia close to the ski lifts and the bars & restaurants ... but there is so much more! Le Samovar is an old residential property where 6 of the apartments have been turned into hotel rooms which means you get masses of space (a good sized bedroom and a large sitting room area). The team that run Le Samovar are amazing. We mainly interacted with Lorenzo who made us feel very welcome - whether that was parking our car and digging out snow to do so, or making amazing breakfasts, or serving incredible cocktails or giving helpful advice : THANK YOU! Overall, you have the feeling of being in a private members club - especially when sitting in the sitting room area in front of the roaring fire with a delicious cocktail in hand (and they really were some of the best cocktails I have ever had). If there was a slight negative it is, per other reviews, that the boot room is rather basic ... however that's minor and I would definitely recommend Le Samovar
