19 reviewsThis is in a good location, nearby are a small supermarket, a wonderful cafe and a couple of restaurants. The side entrance to the royal palace is very close and Caserta centre is also not too far. The property is very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast and it was possible to request a little change to what we ate in the morning. The owner of the property was very helpful and very kind. She did her best to provide what we needed and give advice. It was very clean and the sheets were changed every 3 days. I would recommend this property however please see things that need to be taken into consideration in the negatives. There are two bedrooms in the property, they are separated in a private area of the house with the bathroom. Be aware that the bathroom is shared, we had family in both bedrooms so not a problem but take this into consideration if you are there with complete strangers in the other room that is next to the other bedroom. The bedroom we were in (the one with the blue walls and shelves in) does not have an air conditioning unit on the wall. It has a portable air conditioning unit with a tube leading outside. Thus needs water changing regularly when it is hot and this is quite heavy. It does not last all night and is quite noisy, the ceiling fan helps but the room with the balcony is much better. As it has a fitted unit on the wall keeping it lovely and fresh, this is a consideration in the summer as it was often too hot in the night when it ran out of water. The shower head holder was slightly loose so we had to hold it when using, however this was minor. Please note it is a shower over the bath so if you can't get into a bath safely it will be washing at the basin only. I think that the provision of a kettle on each room is needed. The kitchen is for family only so you can't access it, although the host will make you a hot container of water if there and requested. I do not wish these points to be a big negative just to be taken into consideration, I would happily stay at this B & B again in the future. If corrected it would make a great place an excellent one.
