Casa Hirta is comfortable, immaculate, quiet, practical, cheerful, and a great value. Sergio and Patrizia are extremely kind-hearted, very helpful in all sorts of ways, and easy to find when needed. From here you can visit the Royal Palace of Caserta. You can use Caserta as a base to take the bus to nearby Caserta Vecchia, or take the train for day trips to Naples, Benevento, and Salerno. Eat at the deli next door named Cicciotto which has excellent local cuisine or stop at the Deco supermarket which is a block away for food for your day trips. You can easily walk to the center of Caserta and to the Royal Palace while being able to stay in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood of Caserta.
