120 reviewsits quite a distance from the Turin train station to Ca Rapulin, but once we arrived the hospitality was superb from the staff. We checked into our rooms, unpacked and met for a delicious fresh dinner paired with wines. There were 10 of us for the week and each morning breakfast was included. Coffee, 2 kinds of fresh juices, meats, cheeses, breads , yogurt, cereal, fruits, pancakes and eggs if you desired. We were usually gone for the day, but dinners were always mulitcourse and paired with wines. Service was friendly and warm. It was VERY quiet at night, we got a bit of rain, some thundershowers, and fog in the morning. Mosquitos were a problem so doors had to remain shut in the rooms. Rooms were spacious with a towel heater in the bathroom.. a nice touch. There was a tv in the room but I never turned it on. The village of Calosso was a mile up the road, not much to see there but 2 restaurants, a beauty shop, and a very small mini market. We traveled by arranged transportation, but must note that a car is necessary to get around...there is not much within walking distance at all. But if you're looking for a quiet place to stay with excellent service I would recommend this. There is a pool, but was too chilly to enjoy. A hot tub would have been wonderful!
