La Casa Di Dedo

This is a beautiful special place for several reasons. First of all the location, an old farm from around 1200, set amid the beautiful hills just outside Bologna. You are in total countryside peace, but in a short drive you are in the mid of the city. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed but with some special charm. It is a truly authentic place, the main living room had a great feel. What really does make the difference though is Laura and Fabio hospitality, they make you feel as a guest at home almost visiting family. We also heard that Fabio is an excellent chef, but we will have to come back to try first hand as on the evening of our stay he had something planned already. We will definitely keep in touch and come back.
