56 reviewsThis is a wonderful, beautiful place. We have just spent a week here and would stay an extra week but they are fully booked. I can see why. The staff are friendly, genuinely nice people who clearly care very much about the establishment, its standards and reputation. Breakfast is a delight, with a stupendous view over the lake. Dinner was exceptional. The staff are like a family who want to make you feel welcome and part of the place. They can’t do enough for you. An example is me asking if they knew somewhere where I could buy a mouse to use with my laptop. Not only did they lend me the one from their own PC there and then (they had a spare) they ordered one from Amazon for me. All done with a lovely spirit of helpfulness. We can’t recommend Villa Baroni enough. We have to leave tomorrow with a heavy heart for another hotel on the other side of the lake, but we will certainly come back here. Thanks to all the wonderful people here who made our stay so beautiful, especially the attentive, thoughtful young lady who served us breakfast, whose smile we will never forget.
