We chose to stay in Bitonto, as to spend our final evening in a historical centre before taking the flight back home from Bari. We got instructions from the owner on parking and on how to reach the B&B. We parked our car just outside the old gated centre and found this a cheaper and safer option; the B&B is only 300m walk from there. Given Bitonto old town is a bit of a labyrinth, google maps helped us when we got lost. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome with a drink and some nibbly bits which was a pleasant surprise! This, together with the very stylish archictural renovated living/ breakfast room, immediately gave a "zen" moment. A second surprise is that we got an upgrade to the bigger "suite" room as this was available. The breakfast in the morning was just great: in an intimate setting with your private trolley, prepared sandwiches, fresh juice, fruit, coffee, tea and also some very nice cakes and sweets. And this all for a very moderate price. I would definetely recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to stay in Bitonto!
