There cannot be a better location for a B&B than this. Beautiful old house, decorated accordingly, a few steps away from the most amazing piazzas (Arringo and Popolo) of Ascoli Piceno. So close, but still hidden in between quiet old town alleys; there was no sound of traffic in to the room. The room was perfect for my solo traveller needs. Air con would have been great, since the city was schorching hot and so was the room. But the house, the room, bathroom: all clean, stylish and well kept. Wifi worked all the time and met my needs. I am personally not a fan of italian style breakfast, so I did not enjoy much of the sweet croissants that were offered for breakfast. No complaints at all, only can recommend this place warmly.
