I had an amazing stay at Marechiaro! The food was amazing never had the same dish twice! Pietro and the family were incredible and really go the extra mile to make you feel at home! Whenever I needed something they always helped and came up trumps! the room was big and spacious with an incredible balcony terrace! Amelia was amazing always said hello and tried to make conversation, even though I don't speak a word of Italian lol! will definitely come back here again and recommend this place to all!

Staying there for about ten days there wasn't a simply day that i couldn't taste and like their restaurant food and service.Simply the best food ever served me around my trips even in hotels or restaurants.Amazing!Rooms quality isn't bad nor the best but nevertheless you can enjoy.Combining with the 'private' beach like 150 meters from the hotel.Enjoy your stay there

The hotel is very luxurious and modern, which makes the stay really comfortable. The room was spacious and equipped with all you might need. The receptionists - very friendly and helpful. The restaurant however was a real disaster. Unfortunately this was the only choice for us as we couldn't see any alternative around. It all started with quite a cold welcome. Inside the air-conditioning was not working although it was almost 40 degrees on that day. We ordered a dish composed of meat and potatoes. After a while the waiter brought just the meat. We asked about the potatoes and got the answer "coming!". After 10 minutes when the meat was already getting cold, we asked again and received the same answer. After 15-20 minutes they brought the French fries with no apology or explanation. The quality of meat was really bad. The waiters (as there were 3 of them serving one table) didn't offer any alternative, just asked "not good? - ok!". The only good thing about this is they didn't make us pay for the meat. The suprise was however that on the bill we saw an additional price for the Fresh fries, as they said this is what we wanted, although the potatoes were a part of the dish and we didn't get them along with the meal. After our intervention it got sorted, but the attitude od the staff was unacceptable at all. Having received the meal which was incomplete and of a very low quality, they  wanted to make us pay extra! We would never eat there again! The customer service at the restaurant - the worst we have ever experienced!

I don't have to say anything wrong! The people there are so kind and helpful! The rooms are very clear the food is svery tasty, the service in the restaurant just professional. The beach is very well organised and the sea clear and enjoyable.
