48 reviewsWe booked La Fermata Resort as a stopover on journey back to UK. We were very pleasantly surprised by the resort. Very warm welcome on arrival from receptionist, rooms large, airy and tastefully decorated. We have 2 dogs and there were dogs beds and bowls in the room for them too😀. Lots of additional touches in the room too. There is a Michelin Star restaurant which unfortunately was fully booked when we arrived. I would recommend making a reservation prior to arrival if you know your arrival time. Fully enclosed large garden area where dogs could run free whilst we drank coffee on the patio area. Breakfast was superb with a lot of delicious local produce and little tips from the kitchen to inform guests what went well together. I especially enjoyed the homemade peach cobbler made with local peaches. This resort is a must for anyone travelling in this area. It is so peaceful and the staff could not do enough for us. My only regret is that due to time constraints we could only stay 1 night.
