Westport Woods Hotel & Spa

Having stayed here with the husband last year we returned again this year at weekend and yet again this hotel does not disappoint we fell in love with the hotel last year and decided it was the place to go on our 1st family holiday with our son..From the get go all staff are so friendly welcoming and helpful no matter what your needs are there is always someone on hand. I have to give a special mention to both Annette on the reception desk who dealt with the booking and gave us the most gorgeous room it blew us away when we walked in and the special little touches and attention to detail made the stay even more special for us..Also I would like to give massive thank you to the cleaning staff in particular Katrina she was there from the get go to help us in any way possible from making sure we had all in the room for ourselves and our son and also letting us in and out the room was great with our son playing with him along the hallways always making sure she had time for chat and to make our stay as comfortable as possible noting was too much trouble for her and all the staff..from the moment you walk in you have the friendliest staff across all departments reception bar cleaning staff all made us feel right at home and all were excellent with our son ensuring he had the best 1st holiday..We are returning again next year and there is no doubt we will keep returning for our little family holidays the best weekend was had..
