Our trip to Bali was made so special staying at Serene villas. We were looked after from before we even arrived with offers of help, messages letting us know what to do when we arrived. They helped arrange transfers for us - which made everything so easy. The villa was stunning, well equipped and so peaceful. The private pool just perfect. The team were always on hand and nothing was too much. Our housekeeper Mini cooked us breakfast every morning - she was so sweet, polite and kind, and was always asking what else we needed. Wayan picked us up from the airport, he waited when we were delayed, and again nothing but the beautiful Balanese friendly welcome, offering information, trips out, and friendly advice. Wayan also drove us for a full day tour of the Ubud area - taking us from sight to sight, filling us in on local knowledge, traditions, religion. He made it so easy - letting us dictate timings and where/ what we wanted to see and do. I can’t rate Serene Villas highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone staying in the Seminyak area.
