A city tax will be applied to guests aged 13 or over as follows, charged directly by hotel: from November to March: no charges, from April to October: EUR 2.00 per night per person, to a maximum of EUR 14.00 per person per stay.

The facility does not allow stag, hen or similar parties. New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of the complex.

The facility is cleaned 5 times a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

Restaurants and bars may not always be available. Availability and times depend on seasonal traffic and weather conditions.

Breakfast and,or half board can be served in the Alfagar Aparthotel restaurant, which is part of the Alfagar Group and is located in a building close to Alfagar Alto da Colina.
