In seasons considered special: Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve, a cash deposit will be requested, which will be returned in full if there are no damages or outstanding debts. It may be requested at other times as well. Customers may be asked for a credit card or a cash deposit of EUR 100.00 per person and under 25s EUR 200.00 per person (cash) for any extras or breakages.

Towels change: 2 times per week; bed linen change: 1 time per week; from 1 to 2 nights stay: 1 cleaning at the entry + no cleaning during the stay; from 3 to 4 nights stay: 1 cleaning at the entry + 1 cleaning during the stay; from 5 to 6 nights stay: 1 cleaning at the entry + 2 cleanings during the stay; from 7 nights stay: 1 cleaning at the entry + 3 cleanings during the stay.

Sofa bed: 1 Bed Apartment — 3rd and 4th guests; 2 Bed Apartment — 5th and 6th guests; 3 Bed Apartment — 7th and 8th guests (have to share the sofa bed).

Baby cot and baby chair: free of charge and on request.

Reservations for 4 or more apartments or Hen and Stag Parties, are on request as this is a Family Resort and may involve special conditions.

A tax will be applied to guests aged 13 or over as follows (charged directly by hotel):

from November to March: no charges;

from April to October: 2.00 EUR per night/person, to a maximum of 14.00 EUR per person per stay.
