Guests need to notify the hotel directly in advance in case of late arrival after 08:00 PM using the contact information from the booking confirmation. The hotel may cancel the reservation and charge a no-show fee if the guest has not informed the hotel about late check-in in advance.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Fee for buffet breakfast: EUR 10.00 per person (approximately)

Airport shuttle fee: EUR 400.00 per vehicle (roundtrip)

Airport shuttle fee per child: EUR 20.00 (up to 2 years old)

Pet fee: EUR 105.00 per pet, per stay

Club Card: EUR 7.00 per person, per night
