Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment is set on the first floor of a building with no lift. The apartment can be reached by climbing a flight of stairs. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours: of EUR 35 from 18:00 to 22:00; of EUR 50 from 22:00 to 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at a surcharge of EUR 15 per person per set.
