Ana greeted my wife and I when we arrived. She made us feel special and right at home. The entire staff was exceptional! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is so close to the train station, the Cathedral and Old Town. It surpassed all our expectations! If we return to Cologne, we'll stay there again. 👍👍
