Very friendly owners who made us feel extremely welcome and gave us clear directions to the city centre. The room we stayed in on *very* short notice was extremely clean and tidy and had all of the facilities we could have really asked for from a B&B and the parking was not an issue despite it being a fairly busy street. Breakfast was nice and they accommodated for a vegetarian diet, which was excellent. We will stay here again when we come back to York, no doubt. I fully recommend this B&B.
