Here we are, in the B&B where you get the first stunning view of Whitstable. Easy accomodation on the way to the sea side of the town. Room are with courtesy service and good comfort ad TV. Nice the lady!

Absolutely fantastic b&b! Family who run it are very welcoming and very friendly. Nothing is too much for them to do for you, breakfast is amazing! Very affordable. Now come to this b&b 2 years in a row and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Firstly I would like to point out this is quite a distance and long walk  from station,harbour and main centre!
It is in a very quiet residential area and apart from the annoying seagulls is very peaceful.
The place is spotlessly clean and the room was well equipped and nicely decorated.
The breakfast was all cooked to order using high quality ingredients!
Pat the owner who is leaving due to her own and family health problems is a diamond! Warm ,friendly and genuine!!
Unfortunately due to a problem(not for the first time) with booking.coms booking system which somehow gives an occupancy rate rather than a room rate( which is totally ridiculous!) our double room( surely that’s for 2?) was not set up for the two of us( even though I clarified there would be 2 of us by e-mail twice). 
Anyway nice for a night or two and we enjoyed our stay!

Very pleasant one night stay, delightfully friendly owners.  Rooms nice, clean and bright.  However our room did not have a shower and you should be aware that while some rooms have showers, some do not.  Wi Fi was good.  Location a bit residential and not easy walking distance from the town - we drove.  There was off-street parking available.  All in all, we were very happy with the stay, with breakfast a nice way to finish.  We had a vegetarian with us and the host was kind enough to find a good vegetarian option.

First stunning view!

Absolutely fantastic!

Clean and simple b&b. Had room with seaview which was lovely as we had sunny weather.
Lovely surprise to have a bath rather than shower en suite.
Confusion on arrival about booking,room booked double,but only 1 person named so needed to pay an extra £15 to cover second persons breakfast! Would have liked a more contenental style breakfast as an alternitive to a cooked one.
Had to share table with other guests for breakfast which seemed very old fashioned and not very relaxing.
